Administrative offenses
In simple terms, it is when a person (individual or legal entity) breaks the rules and is punished for it, but not in the form of prison.
We know how to properly build a defense, find the weaknesses in the arguments of government agencies and reduce (or even remove) pressure on the client.
Administrative law
- is an industry that helps citizens and businesses build fair relationships with government and municipal authorities.
The goal is to prevent violations by officials and, if they occur, to quickly and effectively restore justice.
Features of the administrative offense
An administrative offense is a culpable, unlawful act or omission of an individual or legal entity for which the law provides for a penalty (usually a fine or restriction).
The peculiarity of such cases is the involvement of a state body that has an advantage in resources and powers. It is difficult to argue with them without professional help.
Administrative liability does not involve imprisonment, but may entail financial losses, a ban on activities, and reputational risks.
So, admin is not just about a fine. It can be a loss of work, problems with a license, a damaged reputation, etc... A good lawyer knows what to do.
